This workshop offers an excellent opportunity to introduce some top quality Japanese sake by a leading International Sake Sommelier. The workshop will enable the participants to experience 5 different types of sake such as ginjo, junmai, sparkling, matured in cedar barrel and cloudy sake.
A world of ideas and practices has developed around the consumption of sake. From the effects of temperature and styles and shape of drinking wares upon the tasting experience to the ‘appropriate’ sake to accompany savoury and sweet foods, or those that are simply enjoyed on its own.
