As Napoleon might have said, a festival dances on its stomach, and the Dining Tent is the beating heart of ALSO’s gastromic world, a beautiful marquee transformed into a Parisian cabaret of long tables, fine food, with a cocktail bar to match.
Hosting five exceptional dining experiences, you can weave your weekend around the table as we kick off with Friday night’s Cabaret Dinner, then onto Saturday’s Woodland Long-Table Lunch. As night falls, you’re invited to dine by candlelight at our themed Saturday Night Banquet before Sunday brings the unmissable Bingo Brunch - a riotous blend of bingo, brunch, beats, and Buck’s Fizz. Finally, cap off your weekend with the high-summer-inspired Sunday Long-Table Lunch, where the soundtrack and sunshine meet beachside vibes.
Food On Site
For twelve years, ALSO’s Capability Brown landscape has hosted food worth celebrating – from oysters to street eats, rum cocktails to buffalo gelato. In 2025, our hand-picked concessions included Winkle Picker, Honest Supper Club, In for a Penne, Pat’s Pizza, Crafty Boys, Red Banger, Big Malakas, Buffalo Ice Cream, Spice Monkey, Essential Juices, and ALSO’s Deli of Dreams.
This year, to mark our 13th edition, we’ll be weaving food and drink through every corner of the festival - from talks to tastings, cocktail bars to demo kitchens, long-table feasts to our handpicked concessions. Because at ALSO what we eat and drink isn’t sustenance - it’s ceremony...
