Olivia and Claire Saunders

If you are 11-19 years old and want to learn something new, destress, or if you've enjoyed yoga before, then come along to ALSO’ Teen Yoga class! You’ll learn how to let out all your pent-up energy in a series of sequences, including sun salutations, and learn breathing techniques to help you relax. Taught by Claire Saunders of YogaBright and with assistance from her teenage daughter, Olivia who are both qualified TeenYoga Foundation teachers and want to bring yoga to all teens everywhere. Olivia is particularly passionate about yoga for neurodivergent teens.
