Jemima will be leading an open-level morning Pilates session, suitable for people with differing levels of experience, including beginners. Bring your own mat and wear something easy to move in, such as leggings and t-shirt. Pilates is for everyone. It gently but profoundly works the entire body through a series of efficient mat-based exercises, helping to improve coordination, strength, mobility and alignment. This event has been so popular it is fully booked. Don’t worry though! Check in at info on the day to see if more space is available.
