Jemima will be leading an open-level morning Pilates session, suitable for people with differing levels of experience, including beginners. Bring your own mat and wear something easy to move in, such as leggings and t-shirt. Pilates is for everyone. It gently but profoundly works the entire body through a series of efficient mat-based exercises, helping to improve coordination, strength, mobility and alignment.
