ALSO Co-Create
In the months before ALSO, our wild and beautiful site begins to take shape - transformed by the creativity and hard work of The Build Team into the extraordinary world that comes alive for one weekend only.
New for 2026, the Co-Create Programme offers a limited number of volunteering opportunities to join Team Build and get really stuck in with the creative and manual side of bringing the design of the festival to life. It’s a chance to join an incredible team to create something together and, if you’ve never done anything like it before, we can’t recommend it enough.
Over six weekends in the months before, and on the week leading up to ALSO, we invite you to grab a paintbrush, roll up your sleeves, and dive in. In exchange for a festival ticket, we ask for two days of your time - either across one full weekend (we encourage you to bring your tent and make a weekend of it) or split across two separate days.

18/19 April
16/17 May
6/7 June
20/21 June
4/5 July
6/7/8/9 July
Tasks range from stage-building and painting to decoration, signage, and take-down. If you already have practical skills or creative experience, get in touch with our Volunteer Coordinator and we'll find the perfect role for you, but it’s also a great opportunity to learn new skills under the tutelage of our professional design & build team, with the added bonus of enjoying the fruits of your labour and pointing out the bits you made to your friends during the festival.
