Taking part in at least one of our wide variety of workshops will enhance your ALSO weekend and help establish your place in the country. Designed to stimulate your senses and boost your wellbeing, make the most of our wonderful rural idyll by joining our dawn to dusk guided walks (including a bat walk), strolls, rambles, runs, swims – not forgetting comedian John-Luke Roberts’ hilarious Chaucer Walk.
Tickle your tastebuds with our chocolate and wine-tasting workshops and start a lifetime of babysitting your starter with our sourdough school.
Explore the unusual - learn to forage and survive in our woods, adorn yourselves with flowers or take in the perspective and indulge in our sensory yoga sessions - gong baths, meditation, and mindful painting.
Get those hips swivelling with star of Circus Oz, Jess Lowe’s, Hula Hoop Workshop. We have family and team experiences with social distancing - challenge your friends to raft building or dare to take on our scavenger hunt.
In this bizarre time, we are excited to provide a safe place for children to run wild – with den building, woodland crafts, nettle bracelets, arts, disco and yoga all designed for their entertainment, freedom and adventure. Fairy and elf house building, flower crowns and storyboard-making and their very own scavenger hunt will keep your little ones occupied.
This year, even if the workshop is free, you have to book in advance. Fear not, if it’s full, we’ll endeavour to add more.
Most importantly, one and all, book onto one of Citrus Arts’ Lantern Making workshops in preparation for our Socially Distant Sunset Happening!
And finally, our ALSO Social 2020 programme is now LIVE! Check out the full programme here.
