This exciting aerial discipline is part aerial hoops (Lyra) part freestanding stage pole. In this introductory session you will get to grips with your equipment and perform various poses, doubles tricks and spins with the correct technique and form to execute them safely. Also it’s a full body workout particularly targeting the upper body and core and a real LOL. The session welcomes all abilities!!
