Head chef at the Taller de Tapas fine dining restaurant, Sophie Taverner will be at ALSO cooking up our Balearic brunch on Saturday and Sunday in our stunning pop-up restaurant Getaria. Glass of sangria included.
Saturday night’s 5-course banquet will be hosted in collaboration with the Clatter Club secret dining - an underground supper club led by Maverick chefs, Rob Dant and Andrew Walker. We have the privilege of the sommelier Natalia Gonzales, taking us through a flight of wine paired to taste.

At Getaria we are super excited to have a take over by Damian Clisby from Petersham Nurseries! He's gained his trade in some of the best kitchens in London; he's been Head Chef at Petersham Nurseries since 2014 and he previously was Head Chef at HIX Soho and executive chef at Cotswold House. For 2019 we celebrate this with a big, bold and beautiful cocktail bar placed naturally right in the heart of the festival. Perfect for an aperitif, to kick your night off, to discuss ideas or for a nightcap. Plus our now legendary programme of how to workshop and talks on spirits and wines.
Stop the Press Cafe is inspired by the influence of Penny Universities, they'll be bringing the caffeine to the conversation for the weekend.
Grouch Coffee is the coolest little"Tuk Tuk" coffee van, serving proper coffee and hot drinks, homemade cloudy lemonade and iced coffees - and we're plastic free!
A family farm, with 2 generations of the Alsop family working on the farm (and the 3rd generation already showing an interest!) we serve ice cream made from organic buffalo milk.
Pop along to our Pop-Up Kombucha Café to discover the fabulousness of fermenting your own drinks. There'll be a whole bunch of flavoured kombuchas and water kefirs to try and the wonderful women of Wild Fermentary will be on hand to teach the basics of home fermentation and how to boost your own health. Our aim is to serve delicious food that we know the provenance of. We serve our home bred pork and organic lamb that we raise to the highest standards, with a huge emphasis on welfare and respect. We use eggs from hens that are free to roam. Our cheeses come straight from artisan cheesemakers who use milk either from their own herd, or from carefully selected organic farmers. We offer a selection of both vegetarian and vegan food and can cater for food intolerances and allergies. We love our planet so only use fully compostable or recyclable disposables – absolutely no plastic bottles for us
Taste Tibet is a Guardian and BBC Good Food Top Ten pick, and a completely unique proposition. From our traditional Tibetan summer picnicking tent, we serve up our legendary momo dumplings (vegan or beef), and a mouthwatering spread of gluten-free Himalayan curries, which include a range of vegan options. Chuck on our home-made chilli dips, which contain peppercorns from Tibet, and wash down with our amazing chai tea, made with fresh ginger and our unique blend of crushed whole spices.
