Delicious food. We love the planet (fully sustainable server ware) and we love our animals and serve just home bred pork and organic lamb that we raise to the highest standards and that we know the provenance of, with a huge emphasis on welfare and respect. We use eggs from hens that are free to roam. Our cheeses come straight from artisan cheesemakers who use milk either from their own herd, or from carefully selected organic farmers. We offer a selection of both vegetarian and vegan food and can cater for food intolerances and allergies.

It's whisky a-go-go at ALSO. BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet broadcaster and author of 'Chasing The Dram': Finding the Spirit of Whisky' Rachel McCormack is at ALSO to lead this wood and whisky experience. To be called whisky distilled spirit has to be in an oak barrel for at least 3 years and a day and the wood the spirit has been in and the influence that it has on the flavour so in this tasting we will be tasting 4 different whiskies aged in different types of casks.
