A session of morning movement meditation, based on a combination of Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements. Qi Gong, whole body breathing, focuses on slow movements, combined with meditative breathing, to relax the body and calm the mind. A very practical way to alleviate the symptoms of today's life style (stress and too much sitting). They are the perfect morning exercise, bringing calmness to your mind while gently promoting flexibility, strength and balance.
