Damian Clisby Executive Chef from Petersham Nurseries has teamed up with our resident Basques Dominic & Rebecca Otero for a takeover at our in festival restaurant Getaria this year to create a basque inspired menu of four parts

To start we take you on a Txikiteo - with a few of our favourite San Sebastian Pintxos (canapes served on bread)

Abuelas- salt cod croquettes

Morcilla with fried quails egg

Braised British Pea with serrano jamon caldo

Galician preserved white asparagus with Damian's mayonnaise
